During the "Eighth Five-Year Plan" period, through the implementation of the national one-stop "Comprehensive Mining Equipment for Daily Production of 10,000 Tons" project, the skill level of belt conveyors has made great progress. Research on key skills of high-power and long-distance belt conveyors underground in coal mines and the development of new productions have made great progress. For example, the complete set of equipment for large-angle long-distance belt conveyors, high-yield and efficient working face trough-trough elastic belt conveyors, etc., have filled the domestic gaps, and have conducted theoretical research and product development on the key skills and primary components of belt conveyors, and have successfully developed a variety of soft start and braking equipment and programmable electronic control equipment with PLC as the core. The driving system uses speed-regulating hydraulic coupling and planetary gear reducer.
