① When installing a synchronous belt, if the middle spacing between the two pulleys can move, the middle spacing of the pulleys must be shortened first, and after installing the synchronous belt, then resetting the middle spacing. (Trailer belt) If there is a tensioner, first relax the tensioner, then install a synchronization belt, and then install a tensioner.
② When installing the synchronous belt on the pulley, remember not to use too much force, or use a screwdriver to pry the synchronous belt to avoid the appearance of breaking that cannot be seen outside the tensile layer in the synchronous belt. When describing the pulley, it is best to use a layout where the two axes can be moved closer to each other. If the layout is not allowed, it is best to install the synchronization belt and the pulley on the corresponding shaft together.
③ Manipulate the appropriate initial tension.
④ In the transmission of the synchronous belt, the parallelism of the two pulleys axes is relatively high. (Box-blocking machine belt) Otherwise, the synchronous belt will deviate during operation and even jump out of the pulley. Not parallel to the axis will lead to uneven pressure and cause early wear of the tooth.
⑤ The frame supporting the pulley must have a satisfactory stiffness, otherwise the pulley will form a non-parallel axis when the lock is working.
