1. When installing a synchronization belt on the pulley, remember not to use too much force, or use a screwdriver to pry the synchronization belt to avoid the appearance of breaking that cannot be seen outside the tensile layer in the synchronization belt.
2. Manipulate the appropriate initial tension.
3. The frame supporting the pulley must have a satisfactory stiffness, otherwise the pulley will form an unparalleled axis during the locking operation of the password.
4. In the transmission of the synchronous belt, the parallelism of the two pulleys axes is relatively high, otherwise the synchronous belt will deviate during operation and even jump out of the pulley. Not parallel to the axis will lead to uneven pressure and cause early wear of the tooth.
5. When installing a synchronous belt, if the middle spacing between the two pulleys can move, (the box-pasting belt) must first shorten the middle spacing of the pulleys, install the synchronous belt, and then reset the middle spacing. If there is a tensioner, first relax the tensioner, then install a synchronization belt, and then install a tensioner.
